以下項目只有在 MBIST Enable 設為 [Enabled] 時才會出現。
MBIST Test Mode
本項目可以選擇 MBIST 測試模式。
設定值有：[Interface Mode] [Data Eye Mode] [Both] [Auto]
MBIST Aggressors
本項目可以啟用或關閉 Memory Aggressor 測試。
設定值有：[Disabled] [Enabled] [Auto]
MBIST Per Bit Slave Die Reporting
在每個 DQ、片選與通道回報 ABL Log 的 2D Data Eye 結果。
設定值有：[Disabled] [Enabled] [Auto]
Data Eye
Pattern Select
設定值有：[PRBS] [SSO] [Both]
Pattern Length
此標記有助於確認模式長度。可能選項為 3..C（輸入十六進位數字，
非十進位）。設定值有：[3] - [C]
Aggressor Channel
可以幫助讀取 Aggressor Channel。設定為 [Enabled] 時可讀取一個以
上的 Aggressor Channel。預設值為 [Disabled]。設定值有：[Disabled] [1
Aggressor Channel] [3 Aggressor Channels] [7 Aggressor Channels]
Aggressor Static Lane Control
當啟用時可控制 Aggressor Static Lane Control。
設定值有：[Disabled] [Enabled]

Aggressor Static Lane Select Upper 32 bits
上位 32 位元的靜態通道選擇。位元遮罩代表要讀取的位元。
設定值有：[0] - [99999999]
Aggressor Static Lane Select Lower 32 bits
下位 32 位元的靜態通道選擇。位元遮罩代表要讀取的位元。
設定值有：[0] - [99999999]
Aggressor Static Lane Select ECC
ECC Lane 的靜態通道選擇。位元遮罩代表要讀取的位元。
設定值有：[0] - [9]
Aggressor Static Lane Value
設定值有：[0] - [9]
Target Static Lane Control
本項目可以啟用或關閉 Mbist Target Static Lane Control。
設定值有：[Disabled] [Enabled]
