Uses SMPs to display the forwarding tables—unicast (LinearForwardingTable or LFT) or multi-
cast (MulticastForwardingTable or MFT)—for the specified switch LID and the optional lid
(mlid) range. The default range is all valid entries in the range 1 to FDBTop.
