 To configure Virtual Machine networking:
Step 1. Create an SR-IOV-enabled Virtual Switch over Mellanox Ethernet Adapter.
Go to: Hyper-V Manager-> Actions -> Virtual Switch-> external-> Create virtual Switch->
Apply.
