2-2 Chapter 2: Boot Agent Conguration

2.1 Broadcom NetXtreme Ethernet Boot

Agent

The Broadcom NetXtreme Ethernet Boot Agent provides hardware-based Ethernet

card congurations.

To start the Broadcom NetXtreme Ethernet Boot Agent and access the main

screen:

1. Turn on the system. During POST, press <Ctrl+S> when the following screen

appears.

2. The Device List screen appears. Use the up/down arrow key to select an

Ethernet device to congure and press <Enter>.

[Enter]:Enter Next Menu; [↑|↓]:Next Entry; [ESC]:Quit Menu

3. The Main Menu screen appears. Use the up/down arrow key to select an

item and press <Enter>.
