Max TOLUD [Dynamic]
Top of Low Usable DRAM（TOLUD）の最大値を設定します。動的割り当て（Dynamic）に設
定した場合、TOLUDは取り付けれたグラフィックスコントローラーの最大MMIO領域に基
づいて調整されます。
