2.4 Power
The Intel® NUC 11 Compute Element requires a DC input from the carrier board via the connector.
The carrier board must provide the proper voltage and current as listed below:
Voltage: 5.7-20 V DC +/-5%
Current (RMS max): 3.0-10.6 A
Current (Peak): 12 A
CAUTION
Do not remove the AC power source without correctly powering down the NUC Element. Removing
the AC power source while the NUC Element is operating may cause damage to the system,
operating system corruption, create a no boot condition, result in data loss or result in unexpected
conditions.
