What can I do to improve the BitTorrent download speed?
The DNS (Domain Name Server) performance may inuence the BitTorrent download
speed. If you nd the download speed lower than usual, try changing the DNS server or
use the Google® DNS 8.8.8.8.
I cannot access the NAS Web GUI with the NAS IP address.
• If you set your NAS as a DHCP client, it might have obtained a new IP address from the
DHCP server on your network. Use NAS Discovery included in the Support CD to nd
the NAS IP address.
• You may also use http://[NAS name] to access the NAS Web GUI.
Does my NAS support the LPR protocol for sharing a printer?
No, this NAS does not support the LPR protocol. Use Windows® network printer service to
set up a shared printer.
3. In the Shared folder page, assign the network folder to your account.
4. Launch NAS Discovery.
5. Click Map to Disk and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the network drive
mapping process.
