2-20 Chapter 2: BIOS setup
Selecting a very high CPU frequency may cause the system to become
unstable! If this happens, revert to the default setting.
Processor Frequency Multiplier [Auto]
Allows you to select the processor frequency. The conguration options vary
depending on the CPU installed. Conguration options: [Auto] [x4.0 800MHz]
[x4.5 900 MHz] [x5.0 1000MHz] [x5.5 1100 MHz] [Reserved] [x6.5 1300 MHz]
[Reserved] [x7.5 1500 MHz] [x8.0 1600 MHz] [x8.5 1700 MHz] [x9.0 1800
MHz]
Processor Voltage [Auto]
Allows you to select the processor voltage or set it to auto for safe mode.
Conguration options: [1.400V] [1.375V] [1.350V]...[0.800V][Auto]
CPU/HT Reference Clock (MHz) [200]
Displays the frequency sent by the clock generator to the system bus and
PCI bus. The value of this item is auto-detected by the BIOS. Use the <+>
and <-> keys to adjust the CPU frequency. You can also type the desired
CPU frequency using the numeric keypad. The values range from 200 to 300.
