Chapter 4: BIOS Setup
The following items is configurable only when the
OS Watchdog Timer
is set to
[Enabled]
.
OS Wtd Timer Timeout [10 minutes]
Allows you to configure the length of the OS Boot Watchdog Timer.
Configuration options: [5 minutes] [10 minutes] [15 minutes] [20 minutes]
OS Wtd Timer Policy [Reset]
This item allows you to configure the how the system should respond if the OS Boot
Watch Timer expires.
Configuration options: [Do Nothing] [Reset] [Power Down]
System Event Log
Allows you to change the SEL event log configuration.
SEL Components [Enabled]
This option allows you to enable or disable SEL Components.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
The following items is configurable only when the
SEL Components
is set to
[Enabled]
.
Erase SEL [No]
Allows you to choose options for erasing SEL.
Configuration options: [No] [Yes, On next reset] [Yes, On every reset]
When SEL is Full [Do Nothing]
Allows you to choose options for reactions to a full SEL.
Configuration options: [Do Nothing] [Erase Immediately]
Log EFI Status Codes [Error code]
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Both] [Error code] [Progress code]
BMC self test log
Erase Log [Yes, On every reset]
Configuration options: [Yes, On every reset] [No]
When log is full [Clear Log]
Configuration options: [Clear Log] [Do not log any more]
