Syntax
spanning-tree edge-port
Parameters
edge-port the interface is attached to a LAN segment that
is at the end of a bridged LAN or to an end node

show spanning-tree port detail IFNAME

None or depends on ODM customer
Description
Use the spanning-tree cost conguration command on the switch
stack or standalone switch to set the spanning-tree interface
attached to a LAN segment that is at the end.
Example
ASUS(cong-if)# spanning-tree edge-port

spanning-tree forward-time <4-30>
Parameters
forward-time the bridge forward delay time (sec)
<4-30> Valid range is 4~30 secs

Congure terminal mode

No spanning-tree forward-time

Default
15 sec
Description
Use the spanning-tree cost conguration command on the
switch stack or standalone switch to set the spanning-tree bridge
forward delay time (sec).
Example
ASUS(cong)# spanning-tree forward-time 15

spanning-tree hello time <1-10>

hello hello BPDUs
time the interval (sec) between hello BPDUs
<1-10> valid range is 1~10 secs
