1. IGMP
1.1 ip igmp snooping
Syntax:
ip igmp snooping
Parameters:
igmp Internet Group Management Protocol
snooping IGMP snooping on all the existing VLANs
Command Mode:
Congure terminal mode
No/clear:
no ip igmp snooping
Show:
show ip igmp snooping
Default:
The default setting of IGMP snooping is globally disable
Description:
This command sets the IGMP snooping function enabled
globally.
Example:
ASUS(cong)# ip igmp snooping
1.2 ip igmp snooping last-member-query-interval
TIMEVALUE
Syntax:
ip igmp snooping last-member-query-interval TIMEVALUE
Parameters:
igmp Internet Group Management Protocol
snooping IGMP snooping on all the existing VLANs
last-member-query-interval the interval for which the switch
waits before updating the table entry
TIMEVALUE the interval for the IGMP queries sent by the
switch (default 1 sec) ,valid range is 100~1000 milliseconds.
Command Mode:
Congure terminal mode
No/clear:
no ip igmp snooping last-member-query-interval
Show:
show ip igmp snooping
Default:
The default is 1second
Description:
This command sets the interval time for the IGMP queries sent
by switch.
Example:
ASUS(cong)# ip igmp snooping last-member-query-interval 100
