• IfyourGamingStationcomeswithadiscretegraphicscard,ensurethatyou
connect your monitor to a video output port on the discrete graphics card.
• Checkifanyofthepinsonthemonitorvideoconnectorisbent.Ifyoudiscover
bent pins, replace the monitor video connector cable.
• Checkifyourmonitorispluggedtoapowersourceproperly.
• Refertothedocumentationthatcamewithyourmonitorformoretroubleshooting

When using multiple monitors, only one monitor has display.
• Ensurethatthebothmonitorsarepoweredon.
• DuringPOST,onlythemonitorconnectedtotheVGAporthasdisplay.Thedual
display function works only under Windows.

the monitors to the output port on the graphics card.

My Gaming Station cannot detect my USB storage device.
• ThersttimeyouconnectyourUSBstoragedevicetoyourGamingStation,
Windows automatically installs a driver for it. Wait for a while and go to My
Computer to check if the USB storage device is detected.

storage device is broken or malfunctions.

files recovery option to restore or undo changes to your Gaming Station’s system
settings without affecting your personal data such as documents or photos. To use
this recovery option, click Settings > Update & recovery > Recovery from the
Start menu, select Refresh your Gaming Station without affecting your files, and
click Get started.
