RGB header (4-pin RGB_HEADER)
ThisheaderisforRGBLEDstrips.
TheRGBheadersupports5050RGB
multi-colorLEDstrips(12V/G/R/B),with
amaximumpowerratingof2A(12V),
andnolongerthan2m.
Beforeyouinstallorremoveanycomponent,ensurethattheATXpower
supplyisswitchedofforthepowercordisdetachedfromthepowersupply.
Failuretodosomaycauseseveredamagetothemotherboard,peripherals,or
components.
• ActuallightingandcolorwillvarywithLEDstrip.
• IfyourLEDstripdoesnotlightup,checkiftheRGBLEDextensioncable
andtheRGBLEDstripisconnectedinthecorrectorientation,andthe12V
connectorisalignedwiththe12Vheaderonthemotherboard.
• TheLEDstripwillonlylightupwhenthesystemisoperating.
• TheLEDstripsarepurchasedseparately.
Serial port connector (10-1 pin COM)
Thisconnectorisforaserial(COM)port.Connecttheserialportmodulecableto
thisconnector,theninstallthemoduletoaslotopeningatthebackofthesystem
chassis.
Front panel audio connector (10-1 pin AAFP)
Thisconnectorisforachassis-mountedfrontpanelaudioI/Omodulethatsupports
eitherHDAudioorlegacyAC`97audiostandard.Connectoneendofthefront
panelaudioI/Omodulecabletothisconnector.
• Werecommendthatyouconnectahigh-denitionfrontpanelaudio
moduletothisconnectortoavailofthemotherboard’shigh-denitionaudio
capability.
• Ifyouwanttoconnectahigh-denitionfrontpanelaudiomoduletothis
connector,settheFront Panel TypeitemintheBIOSsetupto[HD
Audio].IfyouwanttoconnectanAC’97frontpanelaudiomoduletothis
connector,settheitemto[AC97].Bydefault,thisconnectorissetto[HD
Audio].
PCI Express 2.0 x4 slot
