Data Eye
Pattern Select [PRBS]
設定值有：[PRBS] [SS0] [Both]
Pattern Length [3]
可能選項為 N=3...12。設定值有：[3] – [9]
Aggressor Channel [1 Aggressor Channel]
預設值為 [Disabled]。設定值有：[Disabled] [1 Aggressor Channel] [3
Aggressor Channels] [7 Aggressor Channels]
Aggressor Static Lane Control [Disabled]

Memory MBIST
