vIewInG IScSI tarGet InformatIon (clu)
To view information for an iSCSI target:
1. From the Main Menu, highlight iSCSI Management and press Enter.
2. Highlight iSCSI Targets and press Enter.
The list of iSCSI Targets displays.
3. Highlight the target you want to change and press Enter.
The target information screen displays. Information includes:
• TargetName
–iSCSIqualiedname(iqn)ofthistarget.
• TargetAlias–Maximumof32characters.Useletters,numbers,space
betweenwords,andunderscore.Analiasisoptional.*
• TargetStatus–Upordown.
• ErrorRecovLevel–Errorrecoverylevelsupported.
• ImmediateData–EnablestheinitiatortosendunsoliciteddatawiththeiSCSIcommandPDU.
• MaxConnection–Maximumnumberofconnections.
• DataPDUInOrder–EnablesplacementofdatainPDUorder.
• InitialR2T–Allowsinitiatortobeginsendingdatatoatarget
withoutreceivingareadytotransfercommand.
• DataSeqInOrder–Enablesplacementofdatainsequentialorder.
• OutStandingR2T–MaximumnumberofR2TPDUsthetarget
canhaveoutstandingforasingleiSCSIcommand.
• MaxBurstLen–Maximumlengthofasoliciteddatasequenceinbytes.
• DefTimeToWait–Afteradroppedconnection,thenumberof
secondstowaitbeforeattemptingtoreconnect.
• DefTimeToRetain–Numberofsecondsaftertimetowait(above)
beforereassigningoutstandingcommands.
• HeaderDigest–Enablestheuseofheaderdigest(CRC).Enabledordisabled.*
• DataDigest–Enablestheuseofadatadigest(CRC).Enabledordisabled.*
• UniCHAPAuthen–Uni-directional(peer)CHAPauthentication,enabledordisabled.*
• BiCHAPAuthen–Bi-directional(local)CHAPauthentication,enabledordisabled.*
• FirstBurstLen–Firstburstlengthinbytes.
• AssignedPortals–Portalsassignedtothistarget.
• NOP-In:CheckiSCSIconnectionstatus*

To make target settings:
1. From the Main Menu, highlight iSCSI Management and press Enter.
2. Highlight iSCSI Targets and press Enter.
The list of iSCSI Targets displays.
3. Highlight the target you want to change and press Enter.
The target information screen displays.
4. Highlight iSCSI Target Settings and press Enter.
5. Make new settings as needed.

• HighlighteachitemandpresstheSpacebartotogglebetweenEnableandDisable.
• HeaderDigest–Addsaheaderdigest(CRC).
• DataDigest–Addsadatadigest(CRC).

• BiCHAPAuthen–Enablesbi-directionalCHAPauthentication.
Authenticationrequiresapre-existingCHAP.
• Enable NOP-In-EnabletocheckiSCSIconnectionstatus
6. Highlight Save Settings and press Enter.
7. Press Return to Previous Menu to return to the iSCSI targets list.
