Method 2: Preloading/installing via ASUS EZ Installer
1. Ensure that you have the following:
• ASUS Support DVD (included with your Desktop PC package)
• Windows
®
7 installation DVD
• Desktop or Notebook PC (with Intel
®
CPU except Skylake or Braswell CPU)*
• ASUS Desktop PC**
• USB storage device (with 8GB or more capacity)
• Internal/external Optical Disk Drive (ODD)
• *Use your desktop or notebook PC for steps 2 to 4.
• **Use your ASUS Desktop PC for steps 5 to 9.
2. In your computer, connect an external ODD and insert the Windows
®
7 installation
DVD in it.
3. Connect another external ODD to the same computer, and insert the ASUS Support
DVD in it. From the support DVD, launch ASUS EZ Installer.
4. Select any of these two methods to create a modied Windows
®
7 installation le:
• Windows
®
7 OS disk to USB storage device
• Windows
®
7 OS disk to ISO le
