*1. DVI-D output does not have hotplug EDID detection function. System
only enables DVI-D output if user plugs in DVI-D cables before client boot
up.
*2. Change resolution of refresh rate will pop up conrmation window. If
user does not click “conrm” button in 10 seconds, the display setting will
be restored.
