This item allows more than two frequency to be supported.

This item allows you to enable or disable Intel(R) Speed Shift
Technology support. When enabled, CPPC v2 interface allows hardware
controlled P-states.

Enhanced C-States

switch to minimum speed when all cores enter C-State.
