Q2: My Aura Sync compatible device appears on the Aura UI, but the Aura lighting

eect I selected is not applied on the device.

1. Ensure that the device is synced in Aura. If the link below the device icon that you want to sync

appears in red, the device is not synced.

2. To sync your device with Aura, click the link below the device icon that you want to sync, and

then conrm your selection on the pop-up window.

The display icon should be light on to indicate that the device is ready to be synced with Aura.

3. If the steps above do not work, exit and launch the Aura program again.

4. If the steps above do not work, restart your system.
