 Theserequirementsapplytothemodiedworkasawhole.
Ifidentiablesectionsofthatworkarenotderivedfromthe
Program,andcanbereasonablyconsideredindependentand
separateworksinthemselves,thenthisLicense,anditsterms,
donotapplytothosesectionswhenyoudistributethemas
separateworks.Butwhenyoudistributethesamesections
aspartofawholewhichisaworkbasedontheProgram,the

termsofSections1and2aboveonamediumcustomarilyused
forsoftwareinterchange;or,
 b) Accompanyitwithawrittenoer,validforatleastthree
years,togiveanythirdparty,forachargenomorethanyour
costofphysicallyperformingsourcedistribution,acomplete
machine-readablecopyofthecorrespondingsourcecode,to
