ThisequipmentcomplieswithICradiationexposure
limitssetforthforanuncontrolledenvironment.To
maintaincompliancewithICRFexposurecompliance
requirements, please avoid direct contact to the
transmitting antenna during transmitting. End users must
follow the specic operating instructions for satisfying RF
exposure compliance.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
• Thisdevicemaynotcauseinterferenceand
• Thisdevicemustacceptanyinterference,including
interference that may cause undesired operation of
the device.

interference to co-channel mobile satellite systems;

comply with the e.i.r.p. limit; and
(iii)themaximumantennagainpermittedfordevicesin
theband5725-5825MHzshallcomplywiththee.i.r.p.
limits specied for point-to-point and non point-to-
pointoperationasappropriate.High-powerradarsare
allocatedasprimaryusers(i.e.priorityusers)ofthebands
5250-5350MHzand5650-5850MHzandthatthese
radarscouldcauseinterferenceand/ordamagetoLE-
LANdevices.
