Your ASUS 740DVD supports the following MPEG file formats: DVD (e.g., IFO and

VOB files), MPG files (MPEG-2/MPEG-1), DAT files (Video CD 1.0/2.0), and VBS

and ABS files (MPEG-encoded video only bitstream and audio only bitstream files)..
