3.3.3.1 Regular screen

The input pictures are displayed, and all displays with the exception of
NoSignal ,
the time code (VITC), Freeze and the markers are cleared. Apart from
displaying the time code (VITC), the functions in the PICTURE3 mode are identical to
the PICTURE2 mode functions.
