4. First create a new RMS User Account using “astirules” for the Your Password field.
Add a new user name, password and select privileged, if you would like your user to be
able to manage accounts and Telestra log files. For more information on privileged vs.
standard users read section 4.0 of the Telestra 3.0 User's Guide (DOC-01-TELS-3).
