9.7.1. Local Radios
This section focuses on the radio in its simplest form, the local radio. Local radios operate with
two operators on one Target.
Radio Exercise
1. Create a new Project and install.
2. Open the Load Viewer, right-click and add a new ‘SimModel’.
3. Open the model and add a folder, name it ‘Folder1.’
4. Open Folder1 and add the following components:
• Platform > Geocentric Position or Geodetic Position
• Radio > RCUbasic
• Radio > Transceiver
