How do I find something on the Internet?

Open the Start menu, then click on the Internet
Explorer shortcut.

Click the Search button, and type what you want
to find.

A list of Web sites will appear. Click on the link
to go to that Web site.
You need to be physically connected to the Internet by the built-in modem or by Ethernet using a USB-
Ethernet adapter (see page 36 for recommended products). You also need to have an account with an ISP
(Internet Service Provider) before you can access the Internet. Your ISP may provide instructions and
installation disks. If your ISP does not provide installation materials:

Open the Start menu. Select All Programs , then Accessories ,
then the Communications submenu, and finally New
Connection Wizard .

Follow the instructions and answer the questions as they appear.
If you are having problems connecting to the Internet,
contact your ISP for assistance.
