ABOUT OUR COMPANY
This year Assistive Technology, Inc. (ATI) cele-
brates ten years of developing technology solu-
tions for our customers. ATI originated in Boston in
the 1980s as a division of Children’s Hospital, the
country’s leading pediatric institution.
In 1995, ATI was formed to develop, distribute, and
support state-of-the-art products for people with
disabilities. ATI has since released over a dozen
breakthrough products, including AAC devices and
assessment software. Since the 1980s, we have
worked with educators, clinicians, and those with
disabilities to develop innovative user solutions.
As we embark on our second decade, we continue
our dedication and commitment to serve you. As
always, we welcome feedback on our products
and services. It is through your suggestions that
we continue to improve our offerings and meet
your changing needs.

Funding Assistance
We can help you with funding for your ATI devices.
Many sources are available, including Medicare,
Medicaid, private health insurance, school systems,
foundations, and grants. Our Mercury SGD,

devices, as well as the LightWRITER, are Medicare-
approved Speech Generating Devices (SGD). Please

Authorization (RA) number. This ensures that we can
track your repair and provide you with prompt

device, we handle repairs as quickly as possible.

your needs and is in “like-new” condition, you
may return it within 30 days for a refund, credit,
or exchange. All ATI products come with a One-
year All-Inclusive warranty.
