Display the informaon about AP-801, such as product status, legal
informaon, model number, firmware version, build number and so
on tap menu Sengs → About phone:
• System updates
• Status
• Legal informaon
• Model number
• Android version
• Baseband version
• Kernel version
• Build number
CHAPTER 4. TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not funcon as it is expected, please try the fol-
lowing steps
THE DEVICE IS NOT RESPONDING OR CAN’T BE TURNED ON
• Reset the device by pressing the reset buon at the boom. The
device will be forced shutdown if it is on and you are required to
restart the device again.
• Baery has been fully depleted. Please charge the device via USB
or USB AC Adapter.
BATTERY LIFE SEEMS SHORT
• The operang temperature is below 5 °С. This is due to the charac-
teriscs of baery and not a malfuncon.
• The baery is not used for prolonged period. Please recharge the
baery of the device again
• The baery is not fully charged. Please charge the device for 5 hours.
• The baery needs to be replaced. Please consult the authorized
dealer for service.
THE DEVICE CAN NOT BE OPERATED DURING USB CONNECTION
• The device cannot be operated while it is connected to PC.
• Touch and hold the USB connecon icon at status bar and drag
downwards to display a Ongoing list, then select “Turn off USB stor-
age” to resume operaon.
