Once you’ve joined a Wi-Fi network manually, it automacally connects
to it whenever the network is in range.
• Wi-Fi Sengs: list of available networks, informaon, addion of
new network Add a Wi-Fi
• VPN Sengs → Add a VPN: creaon and adjustment of the new
VPN-network
• Mobile networks: seng of required parameters (access point
names, operator selecon and so on). To allow/deny data transfer-
ring via mobile network ck in front of item Mobile networks →
Data enabled
• Uncheck to prevent your tablet from transming data on any mobile
network. This is useful if you are traveling in an area where you do
not have a mobile data plan and want to avoid charges for data use
on local carriers’ mobile networks.
• Ethernet Sengs. These opons are available:
– Ethernet – turn on wired Ethernet network
– Linkage status
– MAC address
– Stac IP sengs: IP address, Netmask, DNS1, DNS2.
SOUND SETTINGS
To adjust sound sengs tap Sengs → Sound.
You can change such sound sengs as:
• Silent mode – silence all sounds except media & alarms
• Volume – seng of media & alarms volume
• Noficaon ringtone
• Audible touch tones
• Audible selecon
• Screen lock sounds
DISPLAY SETTINGS
Tap Sengs → Display for changing display sengs.
You can change such display sengs as:
• Brightness
• Accelerometer coordinate system – selecon of display orientaon.
• Animaon – smooth transions between windows switching
• Screen me-out – adjust the delay before the display screen auto-
macally turns off.
