Call setting
8. Use the joystick key to highlight the Voice Calls, Data Calls, Fax
Calls or Cancel All option.
9. Press the left function key to select it.
10. Use the joystick key to highlight a condition, Unconditional,
When Busy, Not Reachable, or No Reply.
11. Press the left function key to select it.
Calls are diverted after settings are entered.
Notes: • Use the Cancel All option to cancel all diverts
• Use the Check Status option to check the current call
divert settings.
9.4.4 Call barring
Call barring is a way of blocking incoming or outgoing calls, or mes-
sages in certain circumstances. When you change the call barring set-
tings, the change is made on the network and calls will be barred by
the network.
To change call barring settings:
1. If the phone is turned off, turn it on as described in “Turning the
phone on and off” on page 9.
2. When the idle screen appears, press the left function key to
display the menu screen.
3. Use the joystick key to highlight the Settings icon and press the
left function key or the joystick key to select it.
The settings menu is displayed.
4. Use the joystick key to highlight the Call Setting option.
5. Press the left function key to select it.
