Call setting

9. Press the left function key to confirm the selection.

If you activate call waiting, you will be able to take a second call

will already connected. Switch between calls using the send/

answer key . If you cancel call waiting, you will only be able

to receive once call at a time and a caller will receive a busy sig-

nal if they call will you are already connected. The status option

displays your current setting.

9.4.3 Call diverting

Call diverting is a way of sending your voice calls to another number

if you are busy or unreachable. You can also check the status of your

call forward options.

To divert voice, data, or fax calls:

1. If the phone is turned off, turn it on as described in “Turning the

phone on and off” on page 9.

2. When the idle screen appears, press the left function key to

display the menu screen.

3. Use the joystick key to highlight the Settings icon and press the

left function key or the joystick key to select it.

The settings menu is displayed.

The handset setting menu is displayed.

4. Use the joystick key to highlight the Call Setting option.

5. Press the left function key to select it.

The call setting menu is displayed.

6. Use the joystick key to select the Call Diverting option.

7. Press the left function key to select it.

The call diverting menu is displayed.
