Setting Up Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
The Access Point allows multiple wireless clients to share a modem and a single
ISP account. Use the ICS Service page of the Access Point Configuration dialog
box to connect to an Internet Service Provider using an external modem that is
connected to the Access Point.
To connect to an ISP:
1. In the Access Point Configuration dialog box, click the ICS Service tab.
2. Select the ICS Enabled check box.
3. Click the DCE Setting tab.
4. In the Connection box, enter the name of an ISP.
5. In the User Name box, enter a user name.
6. In the Password box, enter a valid password.
7. In the Confirm box, enter the password again.
8. In the Phone Number box, enter the ISP access phone number.
9. Click Apply.

If you have already set up
and saved an ISP connection
configuration in Dial-Up
Networking, click the
Select
from Dial-Up Networking
button, select the ISP, then
click
OK
