TLT : Tiltmeter Set-up

Query tiltmeter setup, where c is the optional output port and is not required to direct
the response to the current port.

Set tiltmeter trigger string, where c is the output port and s is the trigger string.
Example: set *9900XY to the TLT CMD field.
