SOM,SNR: Signal-to-Noise Ratio Mask
Function This command is used to read the current setting of the
signal-to-noise ratio mask applied to signal observations. This
mask is active only when applying masks to signal
observations has been set to be user defined (see
$PASHS,SOM).
