Using an Auger Drill Bit:

Safety Gear: Wear safety glasses or goggles to protect your eyes from debris.

Secure Workpiece: Secure the material you're working on using clamps or other appropriate methods

to prevent movement during drilling.

Secure Drill: Ensure your drill is securely mounted or held in a stable position before starting

Check Drill Speed: Adjust the drill speed to match the recommended speed for the specific auger bit

and material you are working with.

Start Drilling: Place the tip of the auger bit on the desired drilling spot. Apply steady, even pressure

on the drill trigger to start the drilling process. Allow the auger bit to do the work without forcing it,

and avoid excessive pressure.

Remove Debris: Periodically lift the auger bit out of the hole to remove accumulated debris,

especially when drilling in wood.

Control Depth: Control the depth of the hole by paying attention to the markings on the auger bit or

using depth stops on the drill.

Complete Drilling: Continue drilling until you reach the desired depth or complete the hole.

Turn Off Drill: Release the drill trigger and allow the bit to come to a complete stop before removing it

from the hole.
