Procedure for mounting of gasket repair kit – 17131
Side 1 – NC – 001 - 2012
1. Tools needed:
a. PH1 driver
b. PH2 driver
c. Flat 9 & 10 mm driver
d. Needle pin
e. Special valve tool – item no. 15268
f. Gasket repair kit – item no. 17131
2. Removal of barrel section from stock:
a. Remove the Co2 cartridge lid
b. The lid can be lifted off without tools
c. Note the 2 taps that hold the grip plastic part
3. Removal of outer barrel:
a. Remove grip plastic part
b. On each side there are 2 taps holding the plastic part
c. Lift each side, while moving the plastic grip forward
d. Again no tools are needed and it should come of easily
1. Lose part:
a. Take care that you do not lose this plastic part
b. It is only kept in place by the plastic grip
2. Removal of cover plate:
c. Remove the 4 screws with the PH2 driver.
