We handle all calls from residents/patients and deliver them to the

appropriate staff – without delay. Every event is logged and readily retriev-

able if and when you need access to it. That way you automatically build

up proof of service.

Calls go to the assigned staff member

We believe in personal messaging. Calls from residents or patients are sent

to the assigned staff member directly and discreetly in clear text.

Smart integration

Smart integration is central to all our solutions. We integrate with your

existing systems, including ﬁ re detection, access control, the front doorbell

or any other system. Over the years, we have found our integration

philosophy creates efﬁ ciency as well as a safer environment for residents/

patients and staff.

Calls are only the beginning

There is much more to our offer than simply delivering calls. We provide a

range of features and functions to promote increased safety and more time

for care.

Take Wanderer Control, for example, which is built into the system.

This technology prevents dementia patients from ‘wandering’ off into areas

that could be dangerous to them – without overly restricting the movement

of other residents, staff and visitors.

Reassuring care

Nurse Support, a special application, helps staff when they need additional

help or information. For example, it provides instant access to relatives in

case of an emergency, or direct contact with the prescribing/resident doctor

should that be necessary.
