This section describes how to do the following configurations and settings.

• Change DECT user name and password

• Change Subscription Method

• Configure Authentication Code

• Select Tone system

• Set Default Language

• Set Frequency Band

• Enable/Disable Carriers

• Enable/Disable Local R-Key Handling

• Enable/Disable No Transfer on Hangup

• Configure Coder

• Configure Supplementary Services

• Select Master Mode

• Configure Gatekeeper

• Select Mobility Master mode

• Connect Mobilty Master to other Mobility Master(s)

• Enable/Disable Radio

• Enter IP address to the Pari Master and the Standby Pari Master

• Multiple Radio Configuration

• Assign PARI

8.5.1 Change System Name and Password

The system name and password must be the same for all IPBS/IPBLs throughout the

system. Reset in order to make the changes take effect, see 8.16 Reset on page 113.
