4 On each mapping line, a Call Number Type can be selected from the Call Number
Type drop-down list (found on the righthand side of the lines in
Figure 39).
Note: This step is optional.
Possible values are:
• Unknown: The mapping applies to unknown, external calls
• ISDN: The mapping applies to external calls
• Private: The mapping applies to internal calls

Format drop-down list (found on the lefthand side of the lines in
Figure 39).
