11. Notifications
NOTE: Alert notifications will not appear while in the Alert view.

Conversations
The conversation notification appears when a new conversation message is received. Tap
the notification to open up the conversation view. See chapter 8. Messaging on page 52 for
details on how to view and reply to conversation messages. The notification remains on
screen until it is dismissed.
NOTE: Conversation notifications will not appear while in the Conversation view, or when
receiving a message from a currently open conversation.

Alarms
When a personal alarm is sent from the handset, notifications describe the status of the
alarm. The notification stays on screen until the alarm has been sent successfully. A
successfully sent alarm is indicated with a marker on the notification.

Warnings
Warning notifications from the system are shown as colored notifications. The notifications
can be expanded to show further instructions by tapping on them. A warning remains in the
handset until the problem is solved, and sends out a beep once every minute for 30 minutes
as a reminder.
TIP: The beep can be silenced by pressing the Volume down button.
