11. Notifications
New messages, phone calls, alerts and status information are all indicated by notifications
from the handset.

11.1 Sound and Vibration
Incoming alerts and messages, in addition to various status notifications, can be indicated
by sound and vibration.
11.2 Color-Coded LED Signals
The LED priority beacon in front of the top display is used to indicate the priority level, or the
category, of incoming alerts. When a high priority alert also has a category color, the LED
alternates between red and category color flashes.
The LED is also used to indicate incoming text messages and phone calls, and to show the
battery and charging status.

The following colors can be shown in the LED priority beacon:
NOTE: The colors used may differ depending on system configuration.
Color Light Pattern Type Level
Red Flashing, then steady Priority Crisis/high
Yellow Flashing, then steady Priority Medium
Cyan Flashing, then steady Priority Low
