Phone Book Management
This section explains how to enter a subscriber into the phone book, and how to edit or delete a phone
book entry.
Creating a New Phone Book Entry
You want to store your own phone numbers.
You can save and change your own phone numbers on your phone. You cannot change the phone num-
bers stored in the system.
/\ Set the ringing volume with the "/\" Foxkey.
RINGING VOLUME Press the "RINGING VOLUME" Foxkey.
The display shows "RINGING MELODY".
/\ Select the ringing melody with the "/\" Foxkey.
RINGING MELODY Press the "RINGING MELODY" Foxkey.
The display shows "ringing rate".
/\ Set the ringing rate with the "/\" Foxkey.
ringing rate Press the "ringing rate" Foxkey.
The ringing properties are stored.
Press the Menu key repeatedly in the idle state until the displays shows
"PHONE BOOK".
PHONE BOOK Press the "PHONE BOOK" Foxkey.
The display shows "EDIT".
EDIT Press the "EDIT" Foxkey.
The display shows "NEW".
NEW Press the "NEW" Foxkey.
The display shows "ENTER NUMBER"
Use the digit keys to enter the phone number you want to store.
OK Press the "OK" Foxkey.
The display shows "ENTER NAME".
Note
The text mode for letter input is automatically activated.
Use the digit keys to enter the name of the party you want to store.
