Appendix D: Cleaning the teleCARE Handsets
All undamaged teleCARE handsets can be briefly immersed
in water or a solution of mild detergent.
Clean the handset by washing it in a solution of mild
detergent and water then wiping it with a moistened (not
dripping) soft cloth.
A solution of 1% sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) and water
can be used to disinfect teleCARE handsets.
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
