7.1.4 Corridor Display Electrical Connections
The NICD can be powered using Power over Ethernet (PoE) through a PoE switch or through
an external 24Vdc power supply using a shielded PoE injector with the 24V negative lead “-”
connected to the shield.
A standard T-568B straight-through shielded ethernet cable is used to connect the NICD to the LAN
network.
