5. The portable part sends RES1 to fixed part.

6. The fixed part compares RES1 and XRES1. As UAK in fixed part and portable part are the same

(subscription process), the results RES1 and XRES1 must be the same. In this case the fixed

part accepts the authenticity of the portable part.
