DECT telepoint application
Telepoint is a low cost solution for public mobile telephony. A Telepoint network consists of thousands
of base stations connected to the public fixed telephone network. Telepoint base stations are located
on public places such as post offices, railway stations, airports, car parks, restaurants and warehouses.
The disadvantage of telepoint is that you can only place calls via the telepoint base stations. You
cannot receive calls, since the public network does not know where you are. At home, the telepoint
