DECT business application
A PBX with DECT access provides a radio link to a number of cordless phones in one or more company
buildings (see figure
17). It allows people to roam throughout the covered area. The PBX is connected
to the public telephone network via standard PBX network lines. The DECT access function can be
provided by an external piece of equipment, or can be an integrated part of the PBX.
