3.2.3 Replaced products
The new product ’Cordless phone manager’ replaces the following products that will be phased out:
3.3 Use of the Line Termination Unit, LTU - ROFNB 157 25/n
The table below gives an overview of which LTU version should be used in a particular situation. As
can be observed LTU ROFNB 157 25/2 can be used is most cases. LTU ROFNB 157 25/1 should
only be considered as an alternative if the /2 version can not be used due to temperature limitations,
see section 4, ’Configuration directions’, paragraph ’Modular cabinet temperature limitations’, or if the
/2 version does not satisfy type approval requirements in countries outside the EC and EFTA.
ROFNB 157 25/1 and ROFNB 157 25/2 can not be used together in one system.

LTU ROFNB 157 25/2 is not nationally type approved for use of the ’pulse dialling’ and ’Register recall’
functions.
