July 1999
Release of the DCT1800-GAP R2A system (also called release R2.0) introduces new features and
products. Upgrading from DCT1800-GAP R1B to R2A is done through software and firmware.
3.1 New features
The following features are implemented:
• Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) services
• Message Waiting Indication (MWI)
