5. On CPU board 2/ROFNB 157 19/5 place the CPU firmware PROM RYT/ROFNB 157 19/3 R2A
and the CPU firmware PROM board controller RYSNB 101 23/4 R1B.
6. Reset the system.
7. Install CSM DCT1800-GAP (LZYNB 201 05/n R2B) and CSS DCT1800-GAP (LZYNB 201 06/n
R2B).

In case you want to change the wait for dial tone setting (recommended for certain dial tones) see
paragraph
2.4.1.
2.4 Modifications in CSM DCT1800-GAP (LZYNB 201 05/n R2B)
The following items have been added or changed with respect to the R1C revision:

Start-up time of CSM improved
With the improved protocol on the interface between CSM and the DCT1800-GAP system, the start-
up time of the cordless system manager has been reduced significantly.
New Zealand added to country dependent parameters list
New Zealand has been added to the list.
Hong Kong SICOFI parameters improved
The SICOFI parameters for Hong Kong have been improved to reduce echo on analogue lines.
CSM busy indication
A rotating character is displayed at the most left position of the 24th line of the CSM screen when
CSM is busy with communication with the radio exchange or with file handling.
Function key
The ‘Download EEPROM.SAV, <F8>’ function key has been added. It can be used to download the
EEPROM.SAV file (if available) into the CPU of the radio exchange during re-initialization.
